The Silver Mare by Fiona Marsh

Features

ARTIST NOTES: This work is created on pastel matt. This enables the creation of more layers than would otherwise be possible. The grey horse captures a feeling of movement as it moves through the ebbing of the day. Its fine features are captured in the lines and shading of pastel. The background is drawn from my imagination but I like the fact that it is moving towards a purple hue because that is where all creativity and possibilities are found.
